1. All bookings require customer name and contact telephone number.

2. Pre-Payment Policy for Online Bookings:

To enhance our service availability and manage unattended appointments, Sabaidee Thai Massage requires full pre-payment for all online bookings, effective from [Implementation Date To Be Confirmed]. This deposit secures your selected appointment and is subject to our existing cancellation policy.

Clients are responsible for ensuring attendance at the booked date and time. If you need to change your appointment, please inform us via email at enquiries@sabaideethaimassage.co.uk in accordance with our cancellation terms.
